We developed a customized, web-based tracking platform to monitor the status of every lease in the company’s portfolio. The platform included dynamic maps, giving the client an at-a-glance national view of its leases, with easy ability to drill down into the details at any location.
The platform streamlined communications between the client and Troutman Pepper attorneys and became a vital resource for the in-house team. The in-house team has now integrated the tracker into its daily operations.
