We created and hosted Horizons Legal Ops Summit, an interactive conference that provides an opportunity for legal ops professionals to share insights, discuss challenges, and shape a strategic vision for their organizations, as well as learn from outside experts on key topics.
Two Horizons Legal Ops Summit events were attended by 15 clients, addressing topics such adding value as a law department; generative artificial intelligence; developing trusted, beneficial relationships with outside counsel; strategic change management; effectively navigating pressures on legal spend; and increasing efficiency through enterprise contract lifecycle management. Further events are in development.
